I don’t know, the whole site just gave me a bad feeling while I was using it. It might be fine for some people, but it felt kind of sketchy to me, and I couldn’t really shake that uneasy feeling. I don’t think I’d feel comfortable ordering from there again.

I ordered a poster from postersmith.com a few months back, and it’s still looking good. Compared to a lot of posters I’ve picked up elsewhere, the paper feels thicker and a bit more sturdy. The corners barely bent, which was a nice surprise. There was one small mark from shipping, but nothing major. Overall, it’s held up really well.

The proofs came back wrong twice, which was sorta annoying. It wasn’t the end of the world, but I did expect them to be right after the first correction.

I bought this as a present, but it really didn’t feel ready to give as a gift. The whole thing looked so plain and underwhelming, like… give me a break, this is supposed to be something special. I actually felt a little awkward handing it over. I wouldn’t use postersmith.com again if I needed a gift.

So... my poster was made quickly and shipped out not long after. I do wish the updates had been a little clearer along the way, but overall the turnaround time was good and I’m happy with how fast it all came together.

I ended up returning my poster, and the refund came through quickly. There wasn’t any hassle or back-and-forth, which I appreciated. If this experience is anything to go by, their return process seems straightforward.

I’m disappointed with this. The paper is way thinner than I thought it would be, and I’m not really sure how it’s supposed to hold up?? Definitely not happy with it

The poster itself looked nice enough, but I have to say the hanging hardware was a bit disappointing. It felt cheap and not all that sturdy. It technically works, so I’ll give it that, but I expected something a little better

Yeah, this frame is nice. Feels sturdy, looks good, and just seems well put together overall.

I was really hoping to find a poster design I actually liked, but the options felt boring and limited. A lot of the styles looked almost the same, and after scrolling for a while, I just gave up. It might work for some people, but it definitely didn’t for me. for the time I spent trying to find something decent, I’d expect some kind of credit or compensation.

The ordering process just took way longer than I expected. I kept thinking it would move along any second, but it kind of dragged on, and by the time I was done I was already a bit frustrated. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely slower than it should’ve been

I ordered a 24x36 print, but what arrived wasn’t the right size and the border looked different from what was shown. I reached out to support, and they said it matched their file, but... it really didn’t look that way to me. Frustrating, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

I don’t know why, but I couldn’t get anyone from postersmith.com to reply. I emailed twice about my order and also tried the contact form, but still heard nothing back. It’s frustrating when you’re just looking for a simple update

I ordered a poster from PosterSmith and it actually showed up waaay sooner than I expected, like a few days early. The packaging was totally fine too, no issues there. I’m only not giving it 5 stars because the tracking update was a little sloooow to show anything, which had me wondering for a bit. But overall, shipping was good and I’d order again.

The colors look really nice, at least from what I can tell so far. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but they’re actually pleasing and seem to work well together

The posters themselves look nice, so I guess that’s the main thing, but ordering them was more annoying than it needed to be. The site felt slow in some spots, and I had to click around way too much just to find basic stuff like sizes and shipping info. Maybe I was just missing it, but also if I’m missing it then it probably should be easier to find. The cart on my phone felt a little clunky too. I did get my order in eventually, so it worked, but it definitely wasn’t the smoothest experience. Hopefully they fix up the website a bit.

I ordered a poster from postersmith it turned out better than I expected. My design had some smaller details, so I was a little worried they might come out soft or blurry once printed, but everything looked really crisp. The colors were nice too, though for this particular poster the sharpness was definitely what impressed me most. If I was printing something super color-heavy I might judge it differently, but for a detailed design, I was really happy with the result and would order again.

The print looked nothing like the preview at all. The colors were completely different from what I expected—what a joke. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew it was going to turn out like that.

The poster itself looked fine, but the packaging wasn’t great. The tube showed up bent on one side, and the corners of the poster ended up creased because of it. Anyway... for the price, I was expecting it to be packed a little more securely. It’s not a total disaster, but definitely disappointing.
